Insurance and Financial Information
We accept most insurances and will file your insurance claim for
you.
We need to see your current insurance card at the time of your
visit.
Co-payments must be paid at the time of your visit.
If you do not have insurance or the service you are seeking is not
covered by your insurance, payment in advance is required.
We accept cash, check, credit or debit cards. We do not finance
payment for services.
Most of the time the process runs smoothly. However, when it
doesn’t, our trained and experienced office staff will always assist
in any problem solving.
