Thomas G. Foreman, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Foreman has been a surgeon for more than 20 years, pleased to both practice and raise his family in his hometown. A graduate of our local schools – Hornell High School and Alfred University – Dr. Foreman completed his post-graduate education at University of Buffalo. He then completed his residency with a specialty in general surgery at Millard Fillmore Hospital in Buffalo. Dr. Foreman is board certified by the American Board of Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

He practices in Hornell where he lives with his wife Mary Jo.

Mary Jo Foreman RN, BSN, CNOR, RNFA

Mary Jo is a graduate of St. James Mercy Hospital School of Nursing. She received her Bachelors degree from Roberts Wesleyan College and obtained her Registered Nurse First Assistant certification from the National Institute of First Assistants program in Denver, Colorado. She is a certified operating room nurse and has worked at both Bethesda and St. James for 27 years. Most recently, she worked as the manager of the surgical services department at St. James Mercy health

She has lived in Hornell all her life and has 2 children Brittany and Richie.

Pamela P. Jones, MSN, FNP-C

Pam, a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, received her Diploma in Nursing from Elizabeth General Hospital in NJ, a Bachelors degree from Alfred University, a Master's Degree from the University of Rochester and a Post-Master's certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from St. John Fisher College in Rochester. She has worked at various local hospitals as well as in Public Health before coming to work at Hornell Surgical Group in 1999. Pam is licensed both as an RN and an FNP by the State of NY State Department of Education and certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Pam is married with two daughters and 3 grandsons and enjoys gardening and sewing.
 

Susan Linderman, Office Manager

Sue has over 23 years of experience in the medical administrative field. As office manager, she is responsible for all office support functions, and is always willing to assist wherever needed. Sue moved to the area in 2004 from Syracuse, NY with her husband who is retired from the Air Force. She has two daughters, one living in the area, and one in Ithaca, NY. Sue has a great love for animals. She has a cat and 3 dogs at home. Sue's goal is to provide new and innovative ideas to the office that will help to maintain and improve excellent patient care.

Marie R. Patti, Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Marie, the first face you see as you enter the office, has this primary role: customer care. “My job is to make sure that the office is running smoothly and that the customer is comfortable,” said Marie. Marie has been with Doctor Foreman since 1998 and says, “Doctor is very easy to work with. We operate as a team here.” Marie graduated from Alfred State College, Buffalo State and holds a certified professional secretary license. Marie lives in Hornell and enjoys flea marketing, baking and spending time with her family.
